About: No one knows how Anima became what she is today, not even herself. But she always knew she was different. From a young age her parents could sense that something was different about her. She learned how to talk in about eight months, learning to walk only one month before. Not even a year old and she could walk and talk! Her parents were astounded. She was very intelligent, and a quick learner. Reading and writing were nothing to her, nor was anything else. She rarely spoke, keeping her thoughts to herself, and never had any friends. Though she was smart, she couldn't associate herself with the other children. She didn't know why, but she couldn't. And that caused her to be ridiculed. Always looked down upon, always kicked to the ground, always insulted. A little girl's heart is her most beautiful feature, but it can be her greatest flaw. She couldn't take it anymore. And after a few years, neither could her parents. No one loved her, no one wanted her. Her heart broke, and her inner self awoke. One day at school, one of the little girls who picked on her threw a rock at Anima's head, and she blacked out. 'Wake up...' She heard, and she groaned, opening her eyes. She was in total darkness, unable to see anything but herself. 'The seal has broken. It is time.' "Time for what?" 'To wake up.' Her eyes flew open, the brown irises tainted with bright red, and her thought process had changed entirely. She was sick of what these feeble creatures were doing to her. She was sick of calling herself human. She let out a scream of fury. The air around her seemed to fluctuate. Suddenly a rip appeared in the shimmering air, and a large clawed arm dug into the earth. A monstrous demon crawled its way from the rip, and roared along with Anima.

The beast had torn the children to shreds, then slowly faded from existence. Blood speckled her face and her clothes, and she curled up into a ball, terrified. What had just happened to her? Her thoughts were frantic, and she started crying. A teacher looked outside, saw the horrific sight outside, and fainted. Her aid called 911, and in minutes Anima was in the back of a squad car. Officers and detectives constantly questioned her, ignoring the paramedics that said she needed to be left alone. "A monster..." Was all she could say she was shaking so badly. She was shuffled into the back of an ambulance to wait for her parents. The school had closed down, and her parents had scolded her for it, screaming at her and hitting her. Now they had to deal with their pain of a daughter all day long. Again she felt that hot rage building up in her belly. It went to her head, her heart pounding in her chest as tears ran down her cheeks. She screamed with all her heart, the air around her tearing at multiple points. Horrific abominations lurched and crawled into her living room, and converged on her parents. When she opened her eyes, Anima had awoken to her true self. She looked down at her parents, and kicked her father in the head. "You were foul creatures. Your entire race is a foul dissapointment. You don't deserve to live." The demons vanished around her as her eyes wandered to the door. She took the money from their wallets, about a thousand dollars, and left. She became a wanderer, moving by night. She kept herself alive by the money she got from her victims. She never killed anyone she saw pure at heart. Sadly, she saw almost everyone as tainted souls.

She has voices in her head that keep her company, and it's her only source of entertainment. She can have long conversations with them at times, causing the people who see her to stare. One of the voices is a different part of her, though. The little girl she used to be and the closest thing she has to a conscience. She often gives Anima good advice, or reminds her of the way of the world.
