Physique: Memu's body is stupendously feminine, yet short.

Personality: Memu is more misunderstood, and does not know how to speak English, so his actions define him. He also is the silent and stealthy type, loving to sneak up on people who travel through Will O 'Wisp only to chase them out, though he got busted and into trouble by his father for his foolishness.

Ability: When Memu is upset his spirit wings appear, and his stamina drastically increases. He is more of a close- range fighter, and his taijutsu is above average.

History
Memu always stays in his father's land, a land that is constantly misting and full of fog. Little did Memu know that his father was slaughtered by a dragon by the name of Seiji, he continues to believe Seiji is his father. Seiji is not a water dragon, however he is a dragon which led Memu into believing his mother was actually a water dragon instead of Seiji. Seiji posed as his father, and Memu does not know anything of him. He still has not discovered that Seiji is his father, however. He even has his own fog/ mist that blocks his lower parts while he is in Will O' Wisp. Unlike his ancestors however, Memu is not capable of transforming back into a Water Dragon. He remains with water dragon ears and strange pointed ears, and markings on his arms, legs, and forehead.

Biography on Will O' Wisp
Will O' Wisp is a land that is always covered with mist or fog, and the ground is covered with gray sand. It is owned by Memu’s deceased elders who govern it in the spiritual world. The land belongs to Water Dragons. But does not have any forcefeild to prevent anyone from entering or leaving, except Memu that is; who chooses to stay in Will O' Wisp, since he does not like to move outside of the land. However. When he does, mist and fog follows him around. It is now discovered that Memu has a connection to Will O' Wisp. Once Memu dies, Will O' Wisp; along with anything inhabited inside of it, will disappear.
