Suzu Gebasaki

Equipment: Suzu’s zanpakuto is his yo-yo, or ‘Supi-do’. It’s release is ‘Supin’, meaning ‘Spin’ in Japanese. The looks of his yo-yo is oriental. Having lunar designs; it’s generally a rose color. His yo-yo drastically enlarges, and blades form around it. It would seem that Suzu’s small figure could not handle the yo-yo; but Suzu claims he handles it with stupendous ease.

Physique: Suzu's height is normal for a boy of his age; Suzu has a slightly underweight body with various feminine features

Personality: Suzu is stupendously gullible, and always wants everyone's approval. His grandmother and mother both taught him to be friendly, and he has taken that to heart. He is not loyal to anyone but his grandmother.

Ability: Suzu has a strange ability to see spirits. Whenever Suzu has a cut that has not fully healed, the cut will open wide enough for blood to sneak through. If his blood or saliva ever enters another person, then s/he will be cured and literally be 'as healthy as a horse'. However, if his blood trails to a corpse and the corpses body is still on Earth, the corpses spirit will begin to transform into a hollow. This process will only happen if Suzu approaches an injured person, or a corpse.

History
His mother died at birth, and his father mysteriously disappeared. Suzu; having no parents, was forced to stay in an orphanage. A few months after staying in the orphanage; Suzu’s grandmother stopped by and picked Suzu up; taking him back to their house. He later discovered that his grandfather had a fatal condition of pneumonia. While he stayed there, he began to sense; and later start seeing, a female spirit. He found out this was his mother.. Or rather, she convinced him she was. Suzu was content with his life, however his mother later disappeared. Not able to see her anymore, Suzu went through a period of loneliness; since not many individuals in his school had been fond of Suzu. But this was only the beginning of the worst. While Suzu was walking home after being injured by his own personal bully at school; his finger was cut with a pair of scissors that the bully had used as a weapon. He came across a corpse; while blood began to pool out of his wound. This blood began to trail to the corpse. Just then, Suzu began to sense a spirit; and even saw a form of one. As the blood continued inside of the corpses body, the spirit began to turn. Suzu had the pleasure of witnessing a poor soul transform into a hollow! This hollow later attacked Suzu, and as corny as it was; a yo-yo that Suzu’s grandmother had gifted to him defended him. After this attack, Suzu rushed home and thought he would be followed. He was not; though he discovered his grandfather had passed away the following morning. His grandmother did not want Suzu to discover this; so she kept it a secret. She told Suzu that he had fallen asleep. As oblivious as Suzu was; he decided not to ask and got the idea. He also discovered that his grandfathers pneumonia had passed on to his grandmother; and his grandmother was forced to stay in the hospital. Suzu stayed by her bed; presumably her death bed. Suzu then noticed his injury bleed once more; and another trail of blood continued up her arm. Suzu’s grandmother failed to notice this; and the next day she was healed. Suzu confirmed that only he could see the trail of blood. He later begged his grandmother to move to a new town; and she accepted the offer. They moved to Kurakara, where he attended Kurakara High. Suzu discovered through a strange Arrancar that it was a Soul Reaper’s doing that had vanquished his mother. Suzu was enraged, and became determined to find any Soul Reaper he could seek answers from.
