Personality
Chinchi is a very cocky individual and is somewhat impatient. He does appear to use plenty of excuses, however he can be a valuable friend. He can be extremely friendly and helpful.

Ability
His powers include the power of lightening. Usually, one can tell when it is activated when lightening bolts flicker in across his eyes, or any electrical equipment around him begins to flicker. Chinchi’s electrical power is unique however. If he touches anything that gives out brainwaves, he can alter it to make it obey Chinchi to his every command. If it lacks a certain attribute, Chinchi’s zap will usually boost it. Another ability his electrical powers give him is the ability to heal himself. Should anyone else try to heal Chinchi; they will instantly be zapped. Once he is injured, his electrical powers will 'zap his white cell count to overdrive', and they will get a stupendous boost; enough for Chinchi to survive. However, once this happens; his electrical power acts as a shield around his injury; preventing any treatment to enter. Should any medicine enter his bloodstream, his electrical powers will deposit it by zapping Chinchi. Chinchi will be effected ultimately, but nonetheless : His electrical powers will protect Chinchi. Should Chinchi ever be injured while he is conscious, his emotions will seem to disappear; and his powers 'zap' his brain into specifically watching and taking care of Chinchi's body. His powers do this so Chinchi's brain will dedicate most of it's focus to running his body and healing his injuries. Whenever the injury is healed; Chinchi's emotions will return. Chinchi's powers can only be controlled while he is asleep. Whenever he is asleep or unconscious, Chinchi's powers will act on their own; acting as Chinchi's personal shield. Should Chinchi ever be touched; his powers will destroy anyone it poses as a threat. Chinchi's powers do have an emotion, and are connected to Chinchi. They have bonded with his emotions; and know who to act on and who not to act on.

History
Chinchi's powers were transferred to him through his father. While his father was abusive, he still provided him with as much protection as he could. This was after he abused Chinchi. After this, his father tried to earn Chinchi's respect. Chinchi was turned into a vampire at 16, and does feed on human flesh. Usually however, he only feed’s only flesh from those he believe are criminals and should not live. As for Chinchi’s past, there is nothing special. Chinchi was raised as a spoiled brat, and his parents still remain alive. However, Chinchi is unsure if they are vampires like him; and only worries for his mothers sake. Chinchi has forgiven his father, though he prefers never to speak to him. Chinchi does not know this; but his father was turned into a werewolf a few years after Chinchi was turned into a vampire. His past includes Chinchi recently dating Reita; which they both have confessed to Reita's boyfriend Adio.
