Eru, Shino
Eru Shino
Alignment: Tiger
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Race: Human
Weapon: Shuriken, knives, katana, shortsword, smoke bombs
Personality: Quiet, subdued, enigmatic, guarded, protective, dutiful, loyal
Likes: Sake, forests, playing his flute, sharp knives and swords, fishing
Dislikes: Strangers, discourtesy, people denying his hospitality, disrespect to his Master
Fears: Failure
Bio: Shino and his sister grew up within the Kakashigoto, undergoing the rigorous training that they were forced to endure. The Kakashigoto was a lonely life for Shino, who at the tender age of fourteen, had already killed five men. Shino’s sole purpose at that point in time was to fulfill his duty, training to become an assassin. Shino’s parents both ran a sake brewery as a front, often housing those Kakashigoto operatives that stayed in the village of Kuba. Shino grew up around those members of the Kakashigoto, learning and growing until he was sent away to finish his training in Retsu, a small village at the northern, mountainous border of the Twin Countries.
Shino’s job was mainly as a spy. He had very limited contact with actual combat. Shino became very good at what he did, gathering information while posing as, say, a guard for a local lord, a singer at a teahouse, a geisha at the local inn. Shino became very well-traveled by the time he met his friend, Hinode Kitano. Kitano, while on a separate mission, stayed at an inn where Shino was posing as a geisha. After much flattery and embarrassment, Kitano and Shino became very close friends, even lovers at one point. It was mutually decided between the two that they should remain friends and partners. Together, they travelled for a long time, until Kitano was called to pose as a guard for Lord Takahashi and Shino was called to hunt down a thief. Both were seperated for quite some time before reuniting to cause more havoc as the strong-arms of the Kakashigoto.
